What is PEPM?

PEPM stands for Per Employee Per Month. Unlike per-process charges, PEPM ensures you only pay based on the number of active employees each month. This means you can run payroll as often as needed—whether for off-cycle or emergency payrolls—without worrying about additional fees.

I have multiple entities (EINs). How does that affect pricing?

If you operate with multiple EINs, our pricing model applies to each entity separately.

For the monthly base fee:

  • Single EIN: $80
  • Two EINs: $70 per EIN
  • Three or more EINs: $60 per EIN
