Add a company to
your Dashboard

The provided text describes two workflows for adding new clients to your dashboard: enrolling a new client who has never used Beyond before and inviting a client who is already using the platform.

Enrolling a New Client

If a client is not already a Beyond user, you can enroll them directly through your dashboard.

  1. Click “Companies” in your dashboard.
  2. Click “Begin a New Enrollment.”
  3. Enter the company’s legal name and click “Begin” to start the 7-step enrollment process.

To complete this process on behalf of your client, you will need to have their basic company and banking information ready.

Inviting an Existing Client

If a new client is already using Beyond, you can invite them to connect their account to your dashboard.

  1. Click “Invite Company.”
  2. Enter the email address of the company’s owner or primary contact.
  3. You can personalize the message in the email they will receive before you click “Send.”

 

The client will see a blue banner the next time they log into Beyond. They need to click on their company tile and then “Update” to accept the invitation and connect their company to your firm.
