About Your 30-Day Free Trial
Whether you’re switching from another payroll provider or exploring online payroll for the first time, choosing the right service is an important decision. Beyond offers a 30-day free trial so you can experience everything our payroll platform has to offer—unlimited pay runs, complete access to all payroll features, and use of our HR tools during the trial period.
When Does the Trial Begin?
To give you the best possible experience, your 30-day trial doesn’t start until your account setup is complete and you’re ready to run payroll. The timeline can vary depending on whether you’re a brand-new business or an existing company with payroll history.
If You’re a New Business
Never paid employees before? We can help. Our team will gladly enter your employee information and set up their profiles for you. Need to hire? You can do that directly within Beyond. Once you’ve completed the 7-step self-onboarding process and your bank account has been verified, your 30-day trial will officially begin.
If You’re an Existing Company with Payroll History
If you’ve previously paid employees, we’ll need to enter your prior wage data and employee records to ensure accurate filings for month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting. We’ll handle the heavy lifting for you, and your free trial will start once all employee and payroll history information has been entered.
