Viewing Check Details
Overview
The Check Detail screen in Beyond gives you a complete breakdown of an individual paycheck, including wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits. You can access it from multiple areas of the platform and download copies for record-keeping.
Accessing Check Details
You can open the Check Detail screen from three places within Beyond:
- Reports → under Payroll Listings
- Pay Run details
- Employee Profile
Information Displayed
At the top of the Check Detail screen, you’ll see a summary of all key information related to the selected check.
Available Actions
- In the Reports and Employee Profile views, a Download button is available to save or reprint checks for your records.
- Scrolling further down the page reveals a detailed breakdown, including:
- Gross Pay
- Employee Taxes
- Employer Taxes
- Deductions
- Benefits
- PTO (if applicable)
