Utah Third-Party Access (TPA) and Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements

Why is this important?
Beyond collaborates with government agencies on your behalf to report new hires, calculate tax rates, remit taxes and insurance contributions, and submit financial filings. To perform these duties efficiently, you must authorize us to represent your company with tax authorities in each state where you have tax obligations. For instance, if your business operates in both Utah and Nevada, a Power of Attorney must be completed and returned for both states.
