Updating your W-4 tax withholding filing status
The employee directory allows you to update your withholding and filing information yourself. If you do not have access to the employee directory, please contact your employer.
Editing Your Withholding Status
From the homepage of the employee portal, click “Job.”
Scroll to the bottom of the withholding tile and click “Edit.”
Here, you can modify any information on your Form W-4. Once you are done, click “Request Change” to submit these changes for review by a supervisor or manager.
Why You Can Only "Request Change"
Your personal details are used by Beyond when filing taxes and employment reports on behalf of your employer. To comply with government regulations, all personal details must precisely match the forms we file. The change request process helps your employer ensure this accuracy.
