
Trouble Logging In?

Your Beyond login credentials give you secure access to your payroll and personal information. For employees, this includes pay stubs, tax forms, and contact or banking details. For company owners and administrators, your credentials open the company dashboard. We recommend creating a strong, unique password specifically for your Beyond account and enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for extra protection.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password. With MFA enabled, you’ll need to provide an authentication code to reset it. If you can’t access your authenticator or are otherwise locked out, call us at (877) 328-6505 between 9 AM–8 PM EST, Monday through Friday for assistance.
To log in to your Beyond account, you’ll need:
- Your registered email address
- Your Beyond password
- (If MFA is enabled) a verification code via:
- SMS text message (for 2FA)
- An authenticator app (for MFA)
About your email address
The email you used to set up your Beyond account serves as your user ID. Avoid using the same password for your email and Beyond accounts.
If you’re an employee, contractor, or company user invited by your employer, look for a “Welcome aboard!” email from Beyond in your inbox. If you can’t locate it, confirm with your employer which address was used for the invitation. They can revoke the original invite and send a new one if necessary.
If you’re a company owner who no longer has access to the email linked to your Beyond account, call (757) 302-1442 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST) for help regaining access.
If using Multi-Factor Authentication
When MFA is turned on, you’ll need an authentication code to reset your password. Without access to your authenticator, contact our support team at (757) 302-1442 during business hours for account recovery.
