Tennessee Third-Party Access (TPA) and Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements

Why is this necessary?
Beyond collaborates with state agencies on your behalf to handle new hire reporting, tax rate calculations, tax payments, insurance contributions, and filing required reports. To perform these services effectively, you must authorize us to represent your company with tax authorities in each state where your business has tax obligations.

For instance, if your operations span both Tennessee and Kentucky, you will need to complete and submit a Power of Attorney form for each state.
