
How to Sign Up and Create Your Beyond Account

At Beyond, we care about people and their well-being. That’s why our mission is to simplify hiring, paying employees, offering benefits, and staying compliant with intuitive cloud-based software. Beyond calculates all payroll taxes and deductions instantly and handles your tax payments and filings so you can focus on running your business.
Sign Up
If you haven’t signed up yet, complete the registration form to get started. After entering some basic information about your company, we’ll send a verification email to confirm your address.
Check Your Inbox
You should receive this email within a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it. If you cannot find the email, contact our support team for assistance.
Follow the Link
Click the link in the email to verify your address within 48 hours. If your link expires, sign up again using the same email, and we’ll send a new link.
Why Verify Your Email Address?
Confirm Your Identity
To secure your account, you’ll need to verify your identity by entering a valid US phone number*, where we’ll send a six-digit security code via SMS.
*The number must have a US country code and cannot be a VoIP number. It does not need to match the number used at registration.
Check your messages for the Beyond verification code, enter it under “Verification Code,” and click Confirm Verification Code.
Security Tip: We recommend selecting “Send a code each time I log in.” Using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for every login is the best way to protect your financial information. You can also use an authenticator app for MFA.
Create a Strong Password
Your Beyond account is only as secure as your password. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts and consider using a password generator.
Click Sign Up to return to your “My Profile” page. Congratulations — your account is now active!
Set Up Your Company
After setting your password, access your account profile to update your MFA phone number and other account information. Your verified profile allows you to enroll as many companies as needed for Beyond payroll services.
To add a company, click Complete Setup next to the company name and begin the enrollment process.
Start Your Enrollment
Once your Beyond account profile is ready, you can start self-enrollment.
You will soon receive emails requesting additional details needed to file and pay payroll taxes:
- Banking Information: Our Banking Team will email you to set up direct deposit for employees. Approval and setup can be completed in a few simple steps.
- Prior Payroll Information: If you’ve already paid employees this calendar year, our Implementation Team will request payroll history. Once you provide your reports, we’ll enter all prior payroll data into your Beyond account so you’re ready to run your first payroll.
