South Carolina Third-Party Access (TPA) and Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements

Why is this important?
Beyond partners with government agencies to manage new hire reporting, tax calculations, tax payments, insurance contributions, and filing financial documents on your behalf. To facilitate this process efficiently, you need to authorize us to act on your behalf with tax authorities in every state where your business has tax obligations.
For instance, if your operations span both North and South Carolina, you’ll be required to complete and submit a Power of Attorney for each state.
