Ohio Third-Party Access (TPA) and Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements

Why this matters
Beyond partners with government agencies on your behalf to handle new hire reporting, tax rate calculations, tax and insurance payments, and filing necessary financial documents. To carry out these duties properly, you must authorize us to act as your representative with tax authorities in every state where your company has tax responsibilities.

For example, if your business operates in both Ohio and Michigan, you need to complete and submit a Power of Attorney for each state.
