North Carolina Third-Party Access (TPA) and Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements

Why this matters
Beyond collaborates with state agencies on your behalf to handle new hire reporting, tax rate calculations, tax and insurance payments, and filing of related financial documents. To do this properly, you must authorize us to act as your representative with the tax authorities in any state where your business has tax responsibilities.

For instance, if your operations span both North and South Carolina, you need to complete and submit a separate Power of Attorney for each state.
