New York - Power of Attorney (POA) Requirement

Why this matters
Beyond works with state agencies to manage essential employer responsibilities—such as reporting new hires to labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes, processing insurance contributions, and filing official reports. To perform these services in New York – or any state where your company has tax obligations – you must grant us Power of Attorney.

For example, if you operate in both New York and New Jersey, a POA form will be required for each state.

The process is simple: complete your information, sign the form, and send it back to us. Beyond will handle the rest from there.
