New Mexico - TPA + POA Requirements

Why this matters
Beyond works with state agencies to manage important employer responsibilities, including reporting new hires to labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes, handling insurance contributions, and submitting required reports. To perform these functions in New Mexico – or any other state where you have tax obligations – you must authorize us to act on your behalf with the relevant tax offices.
For example, if your business operates in both New Mexico and Arizona, you will need to complete and return a Power of Attorney for each state.
