New Hampshire - Power of Attorney (POA) Requirement

Why this matters
Beyond works directly with state agencies to handle key employer responsibilities, including reporting new hires to labor departments, calculating and applying the correct tax rates, submitting tax payments, managing insurance contributions, and filing necessary reports. To perform these tasks in New Hampshire – or any state where your business has tax obligations – you must provide us with a signed Power of Attorney.

For example, if your business operates in both New Hampshire and Vermont, you’ll need to complete and return a POA for each state.

Once you fill in your information, sign the form, and send it back, Beyond will take care of the rest.
