Missouri - POA Required

Why it matters

Beyond works directly with government agencies on your behalf, handling tasks such as reporting new hires to state labor departments, calculating tax rates, making tax and insurance payments, and filing required reports. To perform these duties effectively, we must be authorized to represent your business with the tax offices in every state where you have a tax obligation.

For instance, if your company operates in both Missouri and Illinois, you’ll need to complete and submit a Power of Attorney (POA) form for each state.
