Reminder: Plan for Payroll Around Federal Holidays
Monday, October 13 is a Federal Banking Holiday
The Federal Reserve will be closed on Monday, October 13, pausing all ACH transfers for the day. This pause may cause delays in direct deposit processing. If your payday is scheduled on or just after this date, it’s important to submit payroll early to avoid any interruptions. For paydays that fall directly on the holiday, the check date must be moved.
*These guidelines are based on a 2-business-day processing window. For employers with a 4-day turnaround, payroll must be submitted by October 6. See the full deadline charts below.
If your payday is Monday, October 13, we suggest adjusting the Check Date to Friday, October 10, with payroll submitted by Monday, October 6 to ensure funds are available on time. For all other dates, follow the table below for accurate submission timing.
Beyond’s payroll processing cut-off time is 11:30 PM ET. Submissions made after this time will be considered as received the next business day. Submitting on a holiday before the cut-off time will not delay processing.
