
How to update your personal information in Beyond

Within the employee directory, you have the ability to update your personal details, such as your address or phone number. If you do not have access to the employee directory, please contact your employer.
How to Update Your Personal Details
From your home page, you can either navigate to “Personal” in the side menu or simply click “Edit” on your “Personal Information” tile.
On this page, you can view your personal details. Click “Edit” to make changes to the following:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Birthday
- Phone number

Once you have finished updating your details, click “Request Change.” You’ll be notified when your manager approves the change, and your personal details will be updated automatically.
Why You Must "Request Change"
Beyond uses your personal information when filing taxes and employment reports on behalf of your employer. To comply with government regulations, these details must be accurate and match the forms we file. The change request process helps your employer ensure this accuracy.
If you change your address, you must inform your employer and provide your new address. The address listed in Beyond must match what your employer files on your W-2 and other tax forms each year.
Personal Bio & Fun Facts
You can introduce yourself by writing a brief personal bio. Even if you’re not new to the company, a new employee might be, and this can help everyone get to know each other. Your bio can be as long or as short as you like.
Sharing fun facts can be a great way to break the ice with your colleagues. If you have access to the employee directory, take a moment to learn more about your coworkers—you might discover something new about them!
