Our Client Experience team at Beyond not only knows the platform inside and out, but also brings years of hands-on payroll industry expertise. That means you can reach out to us for help with almost anything, such as:
- Adding an employee in another state? We’ll guide you through setting them up – including their work location – in Beyond.
- Need to fix an error from your last payroll? Start a quick chat so we can help you correct it.
- Have a question about our services or a local tax rule? We’re here for that, too.

Trouble Logging In?
If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled but can’t access your authenticator, or are otherwise locked out of your account, give us a call at (757) 302-1442 between 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Important: Never share your password or MFA codes. Beyond will never request these details from you.
Starting a Chat in Beyond
From your company dashboard, click the ? icon next to your profile photo to open the help menu.

- Select Contact Us to open the chat window.
- In the chat, choose “I’d like to start a chat” to ask our team a question, or “I’d like to submit a ticket” for more complex requests.

To streamline your experience, our Chat Bot will ask a few quick questions about why you’re contacting us before connecting you with a specialist.
Help Center - For Employees
The Employee Help Center provides step-by-step guidance on everything from downloading the app and completing self-onboarding, to setting up direct deposit, enabling multi-factor authentication, viewing pay stubs, and more.
If employees have questions about accessing the portal, work hours, pay, or accrued time off, they should speak directly with their manager, payroll administrator, or HR representative.
Support for Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Partners
Outside collaborators can access chat and submit support requests by logging into a company dashboard. This ensures they have the necessary credentials to manage the account and allows our support team to connect to the correct company profile.
