How to Change Your Beyond Password

Regularly updating your password helps ensure that only you can access your Beyond account. You can change your password anytime from your profile. This differs from resetting your password, which involves additional steps to verify your identity.

Trouble Logging In?

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled but you can’t access your authenticator or are otherwise unable to log in – call us at (705) 302-1442, Monday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST, for assistance.

Reminder: Never share your login credentials or MFA codes. Beyond will never ask for this information.

Editing Your Profile

1. Log in to Beyond.

2. If you don’t know your password or it isn’t working, click Forgot Password to reset it.

3. From your dashboard, click your profile in the top right corner.

4. Select Edit Profile.

5. Click the hamburger icon in the top left, then choose Profile.

Changing Your Password

Your current password is hidden. Click the pencil icon next to it to update your password.

In the Change Password window:

  1. Enter your current Beyond password.
  2. Enter the new password you want to use for your account.

Password Requirements

Strong passwords are the best way to protect your account. Make sure your password is unique and complex, and avoid reusing passwords from other accounts—even ones you no longer use.

Your new password must include at least:

  • 12 characters (************)
  • At least one letter (a–z, A–Z)
  • At least one symbol (*?!$#@) or one number (0–9)

 

Click Save to apply your changes.
