What Archiving a User Means

When you add a user to your company’s account, you are granting them specific access to certain features within your Beyond account. If that individual leaves the company or their role changes, you can archive their user profile, which removes that level of access. Archiving a user does not delete the employee’s profile from the Beyond account; it simply revokes their administrative access.

How to Locate Company Users

Go to Company. Scroll down until you see “Company Users.” Click to view all company users organized by category.

Archiving a User

Click on the user you need to archive, then click Archive. Confirm your decision by clicking Archive again in the confirmation window. You will still be able to view these users after they have been archived.

How to View Archived Users

To see archived users, click Include Archived at the top of each category.
