Georgia - Power of Attorney Required

Why this matters
Beyond partners with government agencies to manage essential employer responsibilities on your behalf. This includes reporting new hires, calculating tax rates, submitting payments, handling insurance contributions, and filing necessary reports.
To carry out these duties, we require a signed Power of Attorney (POA) for every state where your business has a tax obligation. For example, if your company operates in both Georgia and Florida, you’ll need to complete and return POA forms for both states.
We’ve simplified the process: just fill out the forms with your business details, sign them, and send them back to us. We’ll handle the rest.
