FAQ: Tax Payments and Filings

How do I find my filings?

  • Go to the Filings tab (the filing cabinet icon on the left).
  • Select Payroll Filings.
  • Under the Federal tab, you’ll see Quarterly and Annual filings (when available).
  • Under the State tab, you’ll find your Quarterly and Annual state filings.
  • Use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to switch between years.

How can I confirm my tax payments?

  • Go to the Filings tab → Tax Liabilities.
  • This report lists each tax liability, including:
    • The liability amount
    • The check date
    • The Run ID
    • The date the liability was paid

 

To view a different quarter or year, adjust the drop-down filters at the top of the screen.

You can also confirm your federal payments by creating an EFTPS account with the IRS. Creating an account only takes a few minutes:

  • Visit the EFTPS Enrollment Page
  • Once set up, you can view your payment history

Note: The ability to verify state deposits varies by state. You can always call your state tax office and request a list of the most recent deposits made to your account.

I received an email saying I’m missing tax information. What should I do?

Beyond files and pays payroll taxes on your behalf using the information you provide. Sometimes, additional information or action is needed from you so we can complete your filings and payments.

If we need something, you’ll receive an email with details. These messages usually require your action or response before we can resolve the issue.

  • Carefully read the email
  • Follow the instructions provided
  • If you’re unsure about what’s being asked, contact our support team for clarification
