Understanding Your Payroll Reports

At the top of the Reports menu, you’ll find the Payroll Reports Overview, which works as your main reports dashboard. The “Number of Paid Employees and Total Wages” tile gives you a quick snapshot of wages paid during a selected timeframe. You can click and drag across multiple columns to zoom in on a smaller date range. Paid wages can also be filtered using the circle graph on the right.

There are fifteen payroll reports available in the Reports menu:

The Reports Overview also includes shortcuts to commonly used payroll reports. You can even add your favorite reports to the menu and further customize them to meet your specific needs.
