Nevada TPA + POA Requirement

Why this matters
Beyond partners with state agencies to manage important employer obligations, such as reporting new hires to the Department of Employment, determining tax rates, processing tax payments, managing insurance contributions, and submitting required reports. To handle these responsibilities in Nevada – or any other state where your business has tax obligations – we must have formal authorization to act on your behalf.
For example, if you operate in both Nevada and California, you’ll need to complete and return a Power of Attorney for each state.
