Massachusetts TPA + POA Requirements

Why does this matter?
Beyond works directly with state agencies on your behalf – handling new hire reporting to labor departments, calculating tax rates, submitting payments for taxes and insurance, and filing the required financial reports. To do this efficiently, you must authorize us to act for you with the tax departments in every state where your business has obligations.
For instance, if your company operates in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, a signed Power of Attorney must be submitted for each state.
