Connecticut - Power of Attorney (POA) Required

Why This Matters

Beyond works directly with state agencies on your behalf – reporting new hires to labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes and insurance contributions, and filing required reports.

To do this, you must grant us Power of Attorney for every state where your business has tax obligations.
For example, if you operate in both Connecticut and New York, you will need to complete and return a POA for each state.

We make the process simple – just fill in your details, sign the form, and send it back to us. We’ll handle the rest.
