Wyoming Payroll Tax and Registration Guide

To stay compliant with Wyoming payroll tax regulations, employers must provide specific information before processing payroll with Beyond. Here’s what you’ll need to gather:

  • Wyoming Unemployment Tax ID – Issued by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services
  • Tax Rates – Determined annually based on your business type and history
  • Third-Party Authorization (TPA) and Power of Attorney – Required by most agencies so Beyond can file reports and make deposits on your behalf

It’s your responsibility to provide and maintain accurate company tax information. Beyond cannot submit filings without it and is not liable for penalties or interest resulting from missing or incorrect data.
