Utah Payroll Tax and Registration Guide

To stay compliant with Utah state payroll tax laws, employers must submit specific tax details before Beyond can begin running payroll:

  • Utah Withholding Tax ID and deposit schedule
  • Utah Unemployment Account Number and SUI (State Unemployment Insurance) rate
  • TPA access and power of attorney, required by most state agencies so Beyond can file reports and remit payments on your behalf

This information must be accurate and kept current to ensure timely and correct tax filings. Beyond cannot be held responsible for any late fees or interest charges due to missing or incorrect data.
