Pennsylvania Payroll Tax and Registration Guide

To stay compliant with Pennsylvania payroll tax regulations, employers must provide specific information before using Beyond to process payroll:

  • State Employer Identification Number and applicable local/state tax IDs
  • Tax rates, which are set by state agencies and vary based on business type, age, and size
  • Third-Party Administrator (TPA) access and power of attorney, often required to authorize Beyond to file tax returns and make deposits on your behalf

Accurate, complete, and up-to-date company tax information is essential for Beyond to correctly file and pay payroll taxes. Inaccurate or missing information may lead to penalties or interest charges, and Beyond cannot be held liable for these issues.
