Oklahoma Payroll Tax and Registration Guide

To ensure your business stays compliant with state payroll tax regulations, you’ll need to submit some key information before you can start processing payroll with Beyond:

  • State Employer Identification Number and applicable state/local tax account numbers
  • Tax rates – Assigned by your state’s tax authority based on factors like your business’s type, size, and longevity
  • Third-Party Access (TPA) authorization and Power of Attorney – Required by most agencies before Beyond can file reports and submit payments on your behalf

It’s your responsibility to provide and keep this information current so that Beyond can properly calculate, file, and remit payroll taxes. Beyond is not liable for any penalties or interest resulting from incorrect or missing tax data.
