Employer’s Return of Income Tax Withheld
• Filed monthly, quarterly, or annually
Employer’s Reconciliation for Massachusetts Income Taxes Withheld
• Filed quarterly
Wage and Tax Statement
• Filed annually
Annual Reconciliation and W-2 Transmittal
• Submitted annually
Employer’s Quarterly Tax and Wage Report
• Filed quarterly
Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Quarterly Filing and Payment

Massachusetts New Hire Reporting

If you already process payroll in Massachusetts, you likely have the necessary account numbers and credentials to set up your company with Beyond.
If you’re a new employer, you’ll need to register with both the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance before Beyond can manage your state payroll filings.
