Withholding Return & Payment Voucher - Filed Semi-Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly
Annual Withholding Reconciliation Report - Filed Annually
Employee Wage and Tax Statement - Filed Annually
Quarterly Unemployment Insurance Contribution Report - Filed Quarterly
Quarterly Unemployment Insurance Wage Report - Filed Quarterly
Submission of Newly Hired Employee Details - As Required
If you already run payroll in Idaho:
You likely already have the required tax IDs and access to online tax portals. These details will allow Beyond to file your reports and submit payments accurately.
If you’re a new employer in Idaho:
You’ll need to register with both:
When entering your SUI Rate into Beyond’s system, do not include the Workforce Development or Administrative Reserve components.
Enter those rates separately, using the fields provided and the exact numbers shown on your Idaho Form TAX020.
