Connecticut Payroll Tax and Registration Guide

To process payroll in Connecticut with Beyond, your company must first meet all state payroll tax requirements. Here’s what’s needed to stay compliant:

  • A Connecticut Tax ID and applicable state/local registration numbers
  • Assigned tax rates, including unemployment and paid leave contributions
  • TPA access and Power of Attorney (POA) so Beyond can file reports and remit taxes on your behalf

It’s your responsibility to provide and maintain this information accurately. If anything is missing or incorrect, tax filings could be delayed or rejected, and Beyond cannot be held responsible for any resulting penalties or interest.
