Colorado Payroll Tax and Registration Guide

Before you can begin running payroll through Beyond in Colorado, your company must meet certain state-level tax requirements. To stay compliant, you’ll need to provide:

  • Your Colorado State Tax ID and other relevant local registration numbers
  • Your assigned payroll tax rates, such as SUI and Occupational Privilege Tax, based on your business profile
  • Third-Party Administrator (TPA) access and Power of Attorney (POA) authorization so Beyond can file tax returns and make payments on your behalf

Accurate information is essential for Beyond to process taxes correctly. Missing or outdated account details can lead to penalties, delays, or rejected filings, and Beyond is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete tax information.
