According to Nevada statutes, a “business” includes any individual, partnership, corporation (public or private), or association that hires workers. An “employee” covers a broad range of individuals, including:

Here’s how the reporting process works:
The injured worker notifies their supervisor and completes Form C-1 within 7 days.
The employer submits Form C-3 to their insurance provider.

Medical treatment must be provided by a physician on the approved list — through the insurer’s MCO or PPO network, or the state’s authorized panel. For serious injuries, employees should go directly to an emergency room.
